Welcome to Blush & Thyme, I’m Kayla.

About me - I grew up in Iowa and now reside just outside Chicago. I work in the buying department at the corporate headquarters of a grocery retailer. I love being in the kitchen and I look forward to sharing all of my favorite recipes with you. When I’m not in the kitchen, you can typically find me with my husband and our mini goldendoodle, Pippa.

About Blush & Thyme - You will find that healthy and clean ingredients are something I gravitate towards in most of my recipes. I love putting healthy twists on classic comfort dishes and I find most of my inspiration from simple ingredients. Outside of the kitchen, I look forward to sharing travel and lifestyle content with you as Blush & Thyme grows.
